As someone who thought she had some social anxiety issues to work through, I was completely at ease going into this retreat. The communication beforehand was great and I had already been following Florina (Flo) on Instagram and YouTube for quite a while. When this retreat came up, I jumped at the chance to meet her. When I arrived, I didn't "meet" her in the sense that I felt unfamiliar to her. She greeted me like I had just arrived for a girl's weekend away with my friends! Lumi, the co-facilitator, is incredibly warm, welcoming and has a beautiful, familiar presence as well. Within a couple of hours we were in full sleepover mode, laying under the stars while Flo guided us into a deep meditation and Lumi made the most beautiful sound bowl/nature noise combination to help us relax and connect. By the next morning it felt like they had just facilitated a perfectly timed meeting of the souls that were meant to uplift and empower each other. No drama, just love, support and guidance. When I got home, I felt a sense of peace that I hadn't felt in a long time and I had wished for that many times in my darkest moments. I truly deeply love Flo, Lumi and every other beautiful soul that was there. I met my soul sisters on that retreat and am forever grateful.

The Healing Club retreat with Florina and Lumi has changed my life forever. Right from the get go they welcomed me with grace and love, as if I was a lost sister coming home.

I greatly appreciated the informal healing space, for it felt like a family reunion even though I was meeting them for the first time. Lumi is very talented. Her sound bowl concert soothed my soul under the starlit skies, as we gathered together for a guided meditation by Florina. Florina's guided meditation took me into a portal of healing where I personally met my younger self of 6 years old...doors opened to my Inner child connection!
